Crock pot Taco Soup

(2) 15.5 oz cans Pinto Beans(2) 15.5 oz cans Red Kidney Beans(2) 15 oz cans Sweet Corn(1) 10 0z Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies(1) 4 oz can Chopped Green Chiles(1) 28 oz Petite Diced Tomatoes1 lb. Ground Turkey1 Packet Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Mix1 Packet 40% less sodium Taco Seasoning Mix Dry
Brown ground turkey, drain and place in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle taco seasoning mix and hidden valley dry ranch mix over turkey. Drain and rinse pinto and kidney beans and pour over meat. DO NOT drain corn, tomatoes or chiles, just pour in with juices. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. You may garnish servings with shredded mexican blend cheese and reduced fat sour cream if you wish. You could also leave out the turkey for a vegetarian version. Makes approximately 12 1-cup servings.
