Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2 - 6.4 oz Starkist Chuck Light Tuna (pouch)1/2 cup Celery -chopped1/3 cup Onion fine dice1/4 tsp garlic powderSalt and pepper to taste5 Tbs Plain Fat Free yogurt5 Tbs Miracle Whip1 Tbs White wine vinegar
Directions
In a bowl add yogurt and miracle whip whisk together add vinegar and whisk again. Add seasonings and stir. Fold in tuna celery and onion.

Add 1 tsp of sweet pickle relish for a little extra zip. Allow to rest in the refrigerator at least 20 minutes for the garlic powder to bloom. Keeps for several days.

Makes 4 substantial lunch portions. (in a whole wheat pita pocket) or 2 Dinner portions (on a bed of greens)
