Potato and Leek Soup.

Ingredients
Ingredients:Leeks, 2 cup - Washed and cut up in Rings.Potato, raw, 2 cup diced Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Chicken Broth, 2 cup S&P
Directions
prepare leeks, onions and potatoes, in a saucepan with Chicken broth.
Cook for 1 hour.
Let cool for 15 min. Then puree in a food processor with liquid.
Add Milk , S&P to taste.
