Shredded Roast Beef and Bean Burritos

Ingredients
2 oz leftover roast beef, shredded 1 cup canned pinto beans 1 cup diced tomatoes no salt added Dash Tabasco sauce (to taste) 1/2 cup shredded Bok Choy 1/2 cup Kraft Mexican Style cheese 2 burrito-size flour tortillas
Directions
Heat beans in a sauce pan, mash a few for smoother texture. Add shredded beef, tomatoes and Tabasco, salt and pepper if you want, but it's not in the nutrition listing.

Heat tortillas in a large skillet for about 15 seconds per side.

Put half the beef mix on each tortilla, followed by the cheese and Bok Choy. Fold sides in over everything, roll burrito up and enjoy.

Makes two very filling servings, a complete meal.
