Ingredients
12 egg whites1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar1/2 cup non-fat dry milk1.75 c pumpkin/pumpkin pie mix1 cup oatspumpkin, apple or other pie choice
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Mix all dry ingredients together, then add egg whites.
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes for muffins, or 40-45 minutes for mini loaves.

This recipe makes 3 mini loaves, 12 muffins or 12 pancakes.

Used this recipe for my personal training clients over the years and they love them! Try this with my turkey breast sausage and the muffins for a great little breakfast sandwich!

    So, I'm not sure where I went wrong, but I tried to make the muffins and after an hour and twenty minutes the insides were still raw mushy and the underside was starting to burn... they um... well, they still taste great at least! :D - 10/22/10

    This sounds good. This might be a stupid question, but for the 3 small loaves can you just line them up on a baking sheet or do u need to bake them in individual loave pans? - 8/19/09
