homemade LOW-CARB turkey meat balls

Ingredients

4 tbsp flax seed meal3 tbsp oregano (fresh or dried)3 tbsp basil (fresh or dried)3 tbsp parsley (fresh or dried)0.5 tsp. of sea salt, pepper &/or chili peppers to taste. 1.0 KG extra lean ground turkey2 celery stalk, minced1/2 purple onion, minced3 tbsp garlic, crushed
Preheat oven to 400oC.
Mix top 5 ingredients in a small bowl. In a bigger bowl, put the remaining 4 ingredients in. Mix both bowls together well in the bigger bowl.
Put a large scoop of mixture into your hand, squeeze your hand into a fist, and scoop the mixture that pops out the top by your thumb into a meat ball. Place meatballs on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet.
Makes between 25-30 meatballs depending on size. (Nutrition info based on 30 meatball batch)
Cook for 20-25 minutes. Eat while still hot! YUMMY!
