Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
Chicken Breast - 11 oz diced and sautedWhite Rice - 4 cups cookedSoy Sauce - 1/2 cupMinced Garlic - 4 tsps 1/2 Medium Onion - dicedExtra Virgin Olive oil 4 tsps
Directions
Cook the rice according to the instructions - set aside
Saute the chicken breast in 1 Tbsp of X-virgin olive oil
saute diced onions and minced garlic until onions are soft
add the rice, soy sauce and chicken to the onion/garlic mix and heat completely.
