Kim - Asian Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients
Directions
1 bag of broccolli slaw4 portions lean steak3 cloves of garlic1 onion, sliced1/2 cup lite soy sauce1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
A. Slice steak lengthwise into 2-inch strips(cut crosswise into 1/8-inch thick slices)
B. Coat a wok with pam and stir-fry red pepper flakes and garlic
C. Add steak and stir-fry with the above until steak is done
D. Remove the steak and then stir-fry the broccoli slaw (with some kind of oil)
E. Add steak back to the wok then add lite soy sauce.(I add shaved almonds here)
Divide then serve
