Curry Sauce

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Canola Oil1 Onion finely Chopped1 tsp ginger powder2 small cans which is 8oz total of green Chillies or 3 fresh deseeded.1/2 tsp turmeric powder1-1/2 tsp cumin powder1-1/2 tsp coriander1 tsp salt1/2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp red pepper2 cups of water
Directions
Brown the onions and garlic in oil then simmer with the rest of the ingredients about an hour.

I add a few salad shrimp to this sauce and serve over rice. It's good if you like Hot Food which I do.

It makes 4 cups of sauce and I use 1/2 cup of sauce for a serving

If you don't like really really hot food, use less red pepper and chili powder
