Makes 6 servings, about 1 c each
Cook chicken in minced garlic and ginger to taste. Add white wine, carrot juice, and basil. Add zucchini and simmer. Add lime juice. Add cooked brown rice and aduki beans. Let simmer, adding broth items to taste. Salt to taste and top with lime juice before serving.
