Ingredients
2 TBLSP flour6 oz. shredded swiss cheese (change to lowfat and even healthier)2 egg whites1 egg (all)1.25 cups milknutmeg 1 tblspdash pepper
Directions
Mix flour with cheese and place in pie dish.

Mix rest of ingredients and pour in with cheese mixture.stir

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
