* **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 5.328 tbsp * *Coconut Milk, 1 tbsp * Egg, fresh, 1 large * egg white, fresh, 2 large * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * Baking Powder, 1 tsp * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup * Any seasonings you like i.e. garlic, herbs etc.

WHISK EGG & EGG WHITES ADD WET INGREDIENTS BLEND IN DRY INGREDIENTS BAKE @350 FOR 15-20 MINUTES. I SEPARATED INTO 4 MINI ROUND CAKE PANS FOR HAMBURGER BUNS

YOU CAN MAKE A SWEET BREAD BY ADDING STEVIA OR SPLENDA AND DIFFERENT FLAVORINGS AND TAKING OUT THE PARMESAN CHEESE.
