Parma Ham Pizzas

Ingredients
1/2 loaf ciabatta bread1 red pepper, roasted and peeled1 yellow pepper, roasted and peeled4 slices parma ham cut into strips2 oz reduced fat mozzarella cheeseblack peppertiny basil leaves for garnish
Directions
1. Cut bread into four thick slices and toast until golden.
2. cut peppers into strips and arrange on the toasted bread with the strips of parma ham.
3. Preheat grill or skillet to 400 degrees
4. thinly slice mozzarella and arrange on top, then add pepper to taste. Grill for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is bubbling.
5. scatter basil leaves on top and serve.
Makes 4 slices and is equal to 1 serving
