All'Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
1 oz butter8 oz heavy cream2 oz grated parmesanpasta
Directions
Place butter and cream in a large frying pan over medium low heat. Heat through, then simmer gently until just thickened, 1-6 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add to cooked pasta with parmesan cheese. Toss well and serve immediately with additional parmesan
