Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup blueberries (separated)2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice1/2 cup water1/2 cup Splenda1/2 cinnamon stick1 tsp cornstarch
Directions
Add 1/2 cup blueberries and lemon juice to a blender and puree. Combine water, Splenda, blueberry puree, and cinnamon stick to a sauce pan, bring to a boil and simmer for 5-8 minutes. Combine cornstarch with 1/4 cup of cold water. Remove cinnamon stick from sauce, bring sauce to a boil and add the cornstarch and water mixture. continue to boil, stirring constatntly until sauce reaches desires texture. Add remaining blueberries and and simmer for 5 minutes. Best if served warm.
