Missy's Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ore Ida Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns, thawed (1 pound, 14 ounce package)2 cans Campbell's Cream of Potato SoupKraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded (7 ounce package)1 cup Low-fat Sour Cream1/2 cup finely diced onion1 toe minced garlic1 tsp dired parsley2 dashes cayenne peppercoarse black pepper to tastesalt to tate
Preheat oven at 350.
Place hash browns n large mixing bowl, gently separating with fingertips so there are no clumps
Place remaining ingredients except cheese into a medium mixing bowl and stir well until thoroughly blended.
Place cheese and soup mixture into large mixing bowl with hash browns. Gently fold together until well blended.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for one hour.
Yields 10 three-fourths cup servings.
