16 oz pakage frozen corn, so saltadded, whole kernel, thawedvegetable oil spray2 teaspoons acceptable margarine1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pepper1/8 teaspoon paprika3 tablespoons water
serves 4: 1/2 cup per serving
Pat corn dry with paper towel.
Heat a large skillet over high heat. Remove killet from heat and spray with vegetable iol spray. Add margarine and swirl to coat bottom of skillet. Heat until margarine begins to brown, about 30 seconds.
Add corn and cook until brown, about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir remaining ingredients except water, cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
Add water and scrap bottom of skillet with flat spatula to loosen any particles. Stir and serve.
