* Whole Wheat Tortilla*Honey Mustard*Lettuce*Spinach*Tomato *Avocado *Carrots*Mushroom*Onion
Please note that the wraps can be changed to fit your taste. If you do not like something, take it out.. If you like more of something, add more of it!!!
Begin with warming up the tortillas. Place the tortillas to the side and begin cutting the lettuce, tomato, spinach, carrots, mushrooms, onion and avocado. Cut enough to fill each wrap that you are making.
Place one tortilla in front of you. Smear less than on teaspoon of honey mustard on to the tortilla. Add the lettuce, tomato, spinach, carrots, mushrooms, onion and avocado.
"Wrap" or roll the tortilla. Its similar to making a burrito but do not tuck in the ends. Add toothpicks if the tortilla does not stay closed.
