Stuffed Chicken

2 chicken cutlets (thick)1/4 cup white flour1 egg1 tsp red pepper flakes1 tsp basil (spice)dash of black pepper1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs4 slices of fresh mozzarella1/2 cup of marinara sauce1 tbsp balsamic vinigerette1 tbsp taco saucedash of hot sauce1 tbsp butter1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp italian seasoning4 broccoli florets
Chicken
1. mix egg with red pepper, basil, and black pepper
2. put flour in a bowl
3. put breadcrumbs in a zip lock bag
4. split each chicken in 1/2 making 4 pieces
5. dip chicken in flour, then egg, then shake in zip lock bag with bread crumbs
6. lay each piece flat
7. put each slice of mozzarella on each chicken
8.fold each chicken and secure with tooth pick
9. bake in oven until cooked well
Sauce
1. Heat sauce, balsamic, taco sauce, hot sauce, butter, oil, and seasoning in a sauce pan.
2. Steam broccoli
Combine
1. Put sauce on each piece of chicken
2. secure broccoli on tooth pick for design
