Green Chile Fritatta

1-1/2 cup shredded fat free cheddar cheese4 oz diced green chiles2 tbsp all purpose flour1 1/2 cup fat free milk3/4 cup egg substitute3 tbsp salsa2 tbsp sliced black olives2 tbsp reduced fat sour cream2 tbsp chopped chives
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Sprinkle 3/4c cheese onto the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Top with chiles and remaining cheese.
Place flour in medium bowl and gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Stir in egg substitue and pour mixture over cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Garnish with salsa, sour cream, chives and black olives.
