Ingredients
2 Tbsp butter4 boneless, chicken1/4 cup onion,chopped1 tsp chicken broth1/2 tsp poultry seasoning1/4 cup water1 tbsp flour 3/4 milkserve with noodles or rice
Directions
melt the butter in med. non-stick frying pan. Saute chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and add onion & saute, and return chicken,with the broth and seasoning and mix. Add water and heat until boiling reduce and heat with the cover for 10-15 mins.Remove chicken and keep hot. Combine flour ans milk and stir into pan jucies until boiling at med temp. Liquid should be thick, Pour sauce over chicken and serve with cooked noodles or rice.
