Easy Mongolian BBQ

2 chicken breast halves1 cup Celery sliced on diagonally1 cup sliced mushrooms1cup shredded Chinese Cabbage (pak-choi)1/2 bunch of broccoli6 tbsp of Nestle Chef Mate Teriyaki Sauce or another Teriyaki Sauce1 tbsp Chili Sauce (hot)3 tbsp Sesame Oil
Marinate both chicken breats in 2 tbsp of the teriyaki sauce for 30min.
Meanwhile, take the rest of the teriyaki sauce and mix it in a small bowl with chili sauce and sesame oil.
Slice celery diagonally so the peices look like horseshoes.
Cut up broccoli bunch and shred cabbage.
Slice marinated chicken into strips and cook through.
Stir-fry vegetables in sauce mixture until desired firmness.
Add chicken strips to stir-fry vegetables the last five minutes to warm through.
Serve with or without noodles or rice.
