1st Attempt at Scalloped Potatoes

5 yellow potatoes, sliced 1/8" thick1 Tbsp. milk1 c. water1/2 tsp. garlic salt1/2 c. shredded 2% mozzarella3/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Put milk and water in bottom of 6x8 pan. Layer sliced potatoes in rows. When you reach the end of the pan, sprinkle about half of the shredded cheeses onto the potatoes and start another layer on top. Sprinkle the garlic salt on top of that, then the rest of the cheese.
Bake about 40 minutes at 375F.
Makes 4 good-sized portions. (I don't measure them. I simply divide the pan into four equal portions).
