Salisbury Steak and mushroom sauce

Ingredients
1 lb of extra lean ground beefGarlic, salt and pepper to taste1 pk of fresh mushrooms1 tbs butter1/4 cup white wine (optional)1 pk brown gravy (optional)
Directions
Mix in a bowl meat, garlic, salt and pepper.
Shape into 6 oval patties
Put butter in skillet and cook in medium heat the patties till browned ob both sides.
Take patties out skillet and put mushrooms in juice, add wine, gravy (if you like), after mushrooms are done, add 1/4 cup of water, add patties and let simmer for 15 minutes.
