Beef and Noodle Bowl(AKA Fake Chinese)

Ingredients
2 lb beef roast3/4 package egg noodles2 cans mushrooms, or 1 package(8 oz) fresh sliced mushroom1 c teriyaki sauce1c italian dressing2 tbs gingersalt, pepper and garlic to taste2 medium onions, diced
Directions
cut beef roast into bite size chunks. in a dutch oven or 5qt pot, put beef, onions, mushrooms, salt pepper and garlic. cook til meat is thoroughly browned. Add teriyaki, italian dressing and ginger, mix, cover and simmer on low til meat is tender.

while simmering beef, in a 2qt pot prepare egg noodles according to directions. drain and add to finished beef mixture. Stir, and serve in bowls. makes 8 servings
