Ingredients
1 (15oz) can 100% pure pumpkin1 medium tart apple (i use granny smith), peeled & chopped fine1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice1 tsp pumpkin pie spicesplenda/sweet n low to taste (2 - 3 packets)
Directions
combine all ingredients in medium, heavy-duty saucepan, bring to boil, reduce heat to low..cook, stirring often for 1 hrs..cool..store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 months..makes 3 cups.. 1 tblspn is 1 serving..great on muffins, crackers, or in hot oatmeal.
