my sweet and sour chicken

Ingredients
cut chicken breast into 1/2 inch cubesplace 2 tbs soy sauce , and 1 tbs starch and 1 tbs ginger and 1-2 cloves of garlic minced. add salt and pepper and let stand for 1/2 an hr prepare sauce:add the pineapple juice and some water to fill1 cupadd 4 tbs vinigar, 4 tbs katchup , 6 packets of splenda , 2 tbs soy and 1 tbs starch pepper and salt to taste2 tbs oil sautee onion and celeryadd veg mixure without snap peas , 1 tbs fresh grated ginger and 1 glove of garlic minced stir fry for a few min. add fresh snap peas and cook for another 1-2 min.place vegies in a ball add 1 tbs oil , add the chicken breast and brown , cook for a few min tossing and turning.add cooked veggies, and sauce , pine apple pieces and stir cook for 3 min until sauce thickensserve over whole grain rice makes 6 portions
