A nice piece of salmon or tuna steak, deboned and deskinned.Soy Sauce and sesame seeds...
Put soy sauce on a plate and sesame seeds on a plate. Dip fish in soy on both sides. Then dip into the sesame seeds and sear on a sprayed grill. Mine cooks both sides same time, but if you are using a pan, flip and do each side. Once they are done pour soy sauce over the top and serve immediately. Simple and healthy!
