Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cupcake Cookies

Ingredients
.5 c peanut butter.5 c shortening.5 c brown sugar.5 c white sugar1.25 c flour.25 t salt.5 t baking powder.75 t baking soda36 miniature Reese's
Directions
Mix first four ingredients until smooth. Add in flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Roll into small (one inch diameter) balls and place one in each miniature cupcake liner. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden but not completely done.

Press one Reese's into the middle of each cupcake. Sprinkle with seasonal sprinkles if desired.

Makes 36 cookies.
