Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked1 cup water1 packet chicken bouillon, sodium free1 tsp black pepper1 cup mushroom, sliced1/2 c reduced fat sour cream4 cups Brown rice spaghetti, cooked & drained1/4 c corn starch
Directions
Cook chicken til done, set aside. Mix water with chicken bouillon, pepper, corn starch - bring to a simmer (thickens as it simmers). Add mushrooms and diced chicken until warm. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Serve over warm spaghetti.
