Easy 1 Dish Lentil Skillet Casserole

Ingredients
1 cup prepared black beans (canned or fresh)2 cups prepared lentils (canned or fresh)2/3 cup prepared brown rice1/2 onion, chopped finely2 cups broccoli, finely chopped1 tbsp tomato paste & 2 tbsp water (or 1/4 cup tomato sauce & no water)1-2 tsp cumin (to taste)salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
Heat lentils, black beans, rice, and onions until fairly warm. Add broccoli to the top, cover, and let steam for 5-10 minutes (frozen broccoli works best here). Stir in tomato paste, cumin, and salt and pepper to taste; heat completely through.
