Southwestern Turkey Salad

Ingredients
1lb. lean ground turkey1/2 cup onions, chopped1 tablespoon chili powder2 tsp. ground cumin1 cup canned red kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 lb canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed1 medium tomato, diced4 cups lettuce3/4 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
Dice tomato. Cook ground turkey and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink, about 10-12 minutes. Drain. Stir in chili powder, oregano, and cumin. Cook for one minute. Mix in beans, chickpeas & tomato. Portion lettuce onto serving plats. Top with grated cheese and beef mixture.
