Garlic Celery Soup

Ingredients
4 celery stalks, chopped4 garlic cloves, chopped1 tbsp. of margarine2 tsp. of chicken Boullion4 cups of water
Directions
Put a saucepan on medium heat and add the margarine. Once melted add the chopped garlic cloves and sautte until aeromatic. Then add the chopped celery and sautte for a few minutes.

Add the water and the boullion to disolve. Cover and let cook for aproximately 20-25 minutes or until the celery is the texture and softness of your liking.
