* Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed (remove) * Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves (remove) * Milk, nonfat, 3 cup (remove) * *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
Blend blueberries, strawberries, 3 cups milk and Splenda. And there you have it! A smoothie straight up!

Optional: less milk, more or less Splenda
