Baked Apple with Pumpkin

Ingredients
1 large apple2 teaspoon Cinnamon1 packet Splenda2 tablespoon water250 grams cooked, cubed pumpkin (1/4 small pie pumpkin)1 Tablespoon Raisins1 tablespoon walnuts8 tablespoons Cool Whip Free
Directions
Cut apple into cubes, and spray with butter. Put in bowl with cinnamon, Splenda, and water. Cover and microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 min.
Pumpkin should already be cooked and cubed. Put pumpkin in large bowl and toss with apple mixute, raisins, and walnuts.
Makes 4 servings about 3/4 cup each.
Serve warm with 2 tablespoons of Cool whip Free on each!
