Ingredients
Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 8 oz Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 16 tbsp Splenda, 40 tsp Peppermint Extract, 1 tsp.
Directions
Soften but do not melt cream cheese and butter then blend using a rubber spatula. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Spoon into small paper cups to make 16 cups and freeze until firm. Store in refrigerator.
