Tuna & Garbanzo Salad

Ingredients
1 - 16 oz. can Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained1 - 9 oz. can Tuna in water, drained and flaked1/2 cup Celery, finely chopped1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped4 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 tsp. Freshly ground Black Pepper1 med. Tomato, diced1 Hard Boiled Egg, peeled and choppedShredded lettuce or mixed greens
Directions
In a bowl, combine beans, tuna, celery, onion, parsley, vinegar, oil and pepper; stir to combine.

Add diced tomato and egg. Serve over a bed of lettuce/mixed greens.
