2 c cooked, drained pinto beans1 c Kellogg´s All Bran cereal1 c Salsa3 cloves chopped Garlic1 tbsp chopped, fresh Cilantro.25 t Salt Substitute1 t ground Cumin seed
Mix all in blender till smooth. Serve warm with (not included in calorie count) chopped scallion, chopped tomatoes, shredded or cubed cheese, fat free sour cream, and tortilla chips.
