Herb Breaded Cod

Ingredients
2 Pieces Cod (5 oz each)1 tsp Rosemary1 tsp Thyme2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (or more if you prefer)1 Large Egg1 Tbsp Olive Oil1/4 cup Bread Crumbs1 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Directions
Mix egg, lemon juice, soy sauce, and herbs together in bowl. Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish and set aside. Dip fish fillets in egg mixture until thoroughly coated, then dip in bread crumbs until well coated. Place in backing dish at 425 degrees for 15- 20 mins or until fish is flaky.
