1.5 lbs pork sirloin chops,trimmed and cut into thin strips3 tbsp olive oil2.5 cups snow peas2 cups zucchini,sliced1 can baby corn1 6oz pkg chow mein noodles1 cup yellow or red bell pepper, sliced4 tbsp soy sauce 3 cups broccoli
Cook noodles according to package.
stir fry meat in 1 tbsp oil, remove from pan.
stir fry veggies, return meat to pan. Add noodles, 1 tbsp oil, 5 spice powder and soy sauce. stir to heat and incorporate flavors.
