Miso Soup

Ingredients
4 Tbsp red miso paste3 g dried bonito8.5 g dried dashi kombu6 cups water
Directions
Dissolve miso in water in pot over medium heat. Add bonito. Snip kombu into small pieces and add to pot. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
