Tuna and Rice Casserole

Directions
1 can of tuna packed in water1 stalk of celery1 cube of chicken stock 1 cup of long grain brown rice (uncooked)2.5 cups of water (to cook the rice with)1 slice of Ezekiel bread broken up to make bead crumbs1 tablespoon of Olive Oil to drizzle on bread crumbs
Add all ingredients to glass baking dish.
Let cook in oven @ 350 until rice appears cooked
About 10 minutes before it's done, top with bread crumbs and drizzle with olive oil.
