In a resealable platis bag, mix the soy sauce, juice (or rice wine) scallions, gener, honey, and lemon juice. Add the fish and shake well. Refriderate for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
Coat a broiler pan with no stick spray and place the fish on it. Transfer the marinade at a 1 quart saucepan andbring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes, or until reduced by half.
Broil the fish about 4" from the heat for 10 to 12 minutes, or unti fish flakes easily with a fork, turn halfway through the cooing time. Serve the reduce marinade.
