Creole Style Scallops

Ingredients
16 ounce bag frozen scallops1 c. chopped green pepper1 c. chopped onion (sweet)1 stalk celery, chopped1 can diced tomatoesgarlic saltitalian seasoningpaprikachili powdersalt pepper
Directions
Sauté chopped vegetables in one Tbs Smart Balance until clear and translucent. Add one can diced or crushed tomatoes along with garlic salt, italian seasoning, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper (to preference). Cover and simmer 5-10 minutes. Add scallops and cook until done.

Serve with brown rice.
