Denise's garlic and onions chicken

Ingredients

1 lb of chicken breast cutlets1/2 cup of olive oilsalt & black pepper, to taste3 cloves of garlic, minced1 cup of onions
Rinse chicken cutlets with cold water. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of olive oil and minced garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients, add in chicken cutlets, and let marinade for 5 minutes.
Heat remaining 1/4 cup of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add onions. Sauté onions. Then add chicken cutlets and cook for 10 minutes on each side or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet and serve with rice, potatoes, or your favorite pasta.
