Hawaiian Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
3 oz. boneless chicken breast1 clove garlic1 tsp. canola oil1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce1/4 cup pineapple chunks1/3 medium red bell pepper
Directions
Rinse and pat dry chicken and red pepper. Cut chicken into strips on separate cutting board. Slice pepper; mince garlic, set aside. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet sauté garlic with chicken over medium heat for 5-6 minutes; add red pepper and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes more. Stir in teriyaki sauce and pineapple chunks, and stir-fry about 2-3 minutes more. Serve over brown rice.
