Spicy Turkey Chili

Ingredients
3 oz. ground skinless turkey breast1/3 cup canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained1/2 tbsp. olive oil1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped bell pepper2/3 cup canned, diced tomatoes1/4 tsp. cumin1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper1/2 tsp. chili powder
Directions
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble and sauté ground turkey with chopped onion and peppers until turkey is cooked. Add tomatoes, kidney beans and spices. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook 8-10 minutes. Serve.
