Ingredients
250 gm mixed vegitables ( peas- carrot - green beans) frozen1.5 cup beans red kedny canned3/4 cup sweet corn canned1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp mustard1 tbsp lite mayonase180 gm plain yogurt skimmed
Directions
put frozen vegitables in boiling water w/o salt
let it boiling untill tender then remove access water
at small bowl mix yogurt, mayonase, mustard,soy sauce and dash of salt and black pepper
at large bowl mix corn , vegitables and red beans
add dressing and toss well
