Fish for People/Kids Who Dont Eat Fish, Cajun Style

1.5 lb of Mahi Mahi cut into four servings (6 oz each)4 TBL Fat Free Miracle Whip Salad Dressing1 Cup of Jiffy Cornbread Mix (unprepared) or cornmeal, but its better with the mix1 TBL Garlic Powder1 TBL Onion Powder4 TBL Dried Parsely1 TBL Ground Red Pepper, or Cayenne (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Pour cornbread mix, garlic, onion, parsely and red pepper into bowl and mix well.
Place 1 TBL of Miracle Whip on each piece of fish and smear all over making sure to cover everywhere. Now place fish in breading mixture and coat well by flipping a few times and packing lightly with hands.
Place on baking dish that has been sprayed lightly with Pam.
Cook for 20 mintues or until fish flakes with fork.
