Apple Cranberry Crisp

Ingredients
4 c. diced apples2 c. whole cranberries3/4 c. sugar (adjust depending on how tart your apples/cranberries are)1 tsp. orange zest1 T. orange juice3/4 c. rolled oats3/4 c. rye flour3/4 c. sugar1 T. cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt6 T. butter
Directions
Grease an 8x8" glass baking dish.

Combine apples, cranberries, sugar, zest, and orange juice and toss to combine well. Pour into prepared baking dish.

Combine topping ingredients and cut in butter till well mixed. Sprinkle topping over fruit, pressing down a little to form crispier crust.

Bake at 350 deg. for 45 minutes, till filling is bubbly and topping is golden.

Cool slightly before serving.
